#1 Apparently the Police want to be seen as cute and cuddly. #2. entrance to Itaewean - the international area/foreigners ghetto. Its the only place in seoul that English is the first language- mainly due to the fact that an US miliatry base has been stationed nearby for 40 years. Great place for deals as I was approached several times by people wanting to be my personal tailor for a new suit or to sell me genuine rolexes.
